Thai Aviation Services (TAS) pilots work to rule

News has it that 20+ national pilots working for TAS (a CHC JV) in the Gulf of Thailand have all called in sick in retaliation for two FO's being wrongfully terminated. Any further news?

most of us old time CHCers would agree that you do your time in the "penalty box contracts" like we all did... and only then may you end up in Malaysia, Thailand, etc.

Just finished my annual C+ refresher training at FSI in Palm Beach... A tailrotor driveshaft failure in the Sim is a fairly violent maneuver with no option except immediate autorotation...
