In case you haven't checked, all bmibaby routes are listed in the dropdown menus on the Germanwings website and vv. If you select CGNEMA you are redirected to bmibaby.com.

Winter 09 will not be released for sale at least until probably March as is the case in past years. The fact that flights are not on sale yet has nothing to do with the LH takeover.

I think you'll find that MAN-AMS on flybe is via Southampton. They don't appear to have an option for flights MAN-AMS for next summer.
