I remember the end of Air Holland 1, at the time Britannia was leasing 3 x B752 from them and 2 x B762 to AH.

The end result was that BY took over the leases of the B752s direct from the lessors...

it's only Britannia OPS that is moving to Germany, not the whole company! which frees up all of half of one floor of one building, not a vast space!
