It wasn't Quantas or Qlink who operated from Gove recently. The routes were contracted out. Will be a fortune to fly there now.

From what Ive been told pilots are hired by CareFlight and are paid above national Air Med crews (RFDS, Pel-Air) with a half/half working schedule. Anyone been called for interviews lately?
