My thinking was...during CPL training, I will only be flying VFR and already have a licence (PPL) for this. Why, then, can't I be SPIC as I would if on an integrated course?...

Can't seem to find the answer in LASORS....

I'll soon be starting a CPL course. Will the hours spent training have to be logged as PUT or will they be SPIC?

Makes a difference to the 100 hrs...

I've heard that, at Stapleford, they want all course fees up front.

There's been a lot of advice on PPruNe never to do this.

Was wondering whether the 300nm xc for the award of the CPL can be flown whilst hours building, or does it have to be with the FTO which is providing the CPL course? LASORS doesn't seem to make it...

Hi

The questions in the confuser are similar to those in the exam. They are not exactly the same. But I found that if you get around 85% in the confuser you should be OK.

The workload is the same for both routes - they are both 27 weeks. It's just a case of 3 exam sittings or 2.

I'm tending to favour the 3 module route, but have no idea how many (if any)...

What really worries me is that when a low hours job comes up, so many Airlines seem to go straight to Oxford or Cabair. So, if you're not with either of those two, it's a case...

Have done all the research & like the look of AFT at Coventry for a Modular ATPL. But am worried sick that the jobs only go to the Cabair and Oxford Integrated guys.
