Ground Handling Question

Grateful for some help please. Why is it that most major UK airports do not provide GH services (instead they contract through airlines) unlike say Fraport who own the service delivery directly?

Plane Silly - not sure where you get your info from but I'd ask for your money back. LHR has to clear both RWs to cope with the schedule and never plans to operate from a single strip. Single RW ops...
