For a safer option that takes a few months, try the bates method. I've been doing it for a few weeks now and I can tell that there is less strain on my eyes when trying to focus on distant things....

No it won't, firstly stop getting it prescribed if you are, and buy it that way it won't be going on your medical record. I declared it and I just filled out a form was asked two or three quetions...

Thanks, I have spoken to CAM at Henlow and they have advised that the minimun requirements are better than 6/12 in both eyes, my optician has advised my eyesight is 6/7.5 but i did squint slightly.
