For a safer option that takes a few months, try the bates method. I've been doing it for a few weeks now and I can tell that there is less strain on my eyes when trying to focus on distant things....

Just wondering what the general thought is on whether or not the Bates method works, and is there a book or anything that you can buy with details on what to do.

Thanks, I have spoken to CAM at Henlow and they have advised that the minimun requirements are better than 6/12 in both eyes, my optician has advised my eyesight is 6/7.5 but i did squint slightly.
