Fantastic pics, folks! .. particularly those of pics of Neds, of Afghanistan. Thanks for posting, to all those who have done so .. this is better than any tour brochures! ..
Here's my tiny contribution .. from a long time ago, and from a forgettable war, that I was part of .. the pics are hosted, and direct-linked to full-size ..
My apologies for the less-than-best quality and lighting .. the original 35mm slides are suffering from fading and the colour going 'off', from over 35 years of less than ideal storage .. cheers, onetrack ..

Coconutty,
I'm 99% certain that your pic in post #2 is Helimed7 (the Essex machine) above the M25, albeit sometime ago as they now have an EC135 T2. When it works.

Those pics of the 76 cracked me up! I would have never tried to land there, way to go people, hopefully when I grow up I will be able to do that. I liked the one up to the doors in crops..

i agree with Darren. those 76 pics are a hoot! the one on the rock is my favourite. ill bet the couple in the background of the crop landing shot
now wonder if swedish HEMS are responsible for crop circles and not little green men.
ROTORHEAD. the shot with the guy standing while the machine is hovering . tell me did he jump out in the hover to make sure the landing was ok?? whats he doing ?

How's this for a 1976 206BII?
This is one of the girls I fly - 1976 JetRanger in mint condition and full IFR with three-axis autopilot. It's supposed to be one of the few 206B's in Europe with all them thingys in it. The only downside is that the STC is for IFR in VMC only. It's cool to pass the threashold at 50 feet and 105 kts on autopilot approach and take over for the quick-stop required to make it stop in time.

At the geographical North Pole
These shots were taken by me in 2004 during the Arctic Coring Expedition on which I particiated as IT and communications manager. One AS350B2 and one AS350B3, both from Kallaxflyg in Luleå, were on our ice-breaker (Oden) the whole expedition. Lots of flying (over 100 hrs), and I got some stick time in the left seat of the B2. Am I the only PPL(H) holder with a landing on the Pole in the log-book?
The first shot is over the actual Pole with the russian atomic ice-breaker "Sovyetski Soyuz" in the background. The other is just a fun-shot that I took of the B3 passing a few feet over my head, camera going in rapid-fire mode.
Great expedition, great experience! Tour of my life!
