its a sensinich prop blade set on an italian hub/controller.
Not as fast as say the lycoming/hartzell, but it climbs and descends like a rocket/brick. Amazing performance.
Coral bay now....might post some pics tomorrow.
Last photo was Mount Hart Station. W.A. (corrected thanks to QSK)

Hey Jaba:
The last time I looked at a WAC chart, Mount Hart station was in WA! You sure you are not spending too much time relying on those GPS thingies rather than sticking to the basics?

If you noted the time I posted it (body is in EST still) and I was stuffed after a big day Whale Shark hunting....err snorkelling, I was not sure where I was let alone where Mt Hart was, but you are quite correct.
Now an easy one..........where is this?

Stallie and Yowie
And any RFDS folk in YPPD, a big thank you. The former NASA flight surgeon in the orange shirt was very appreciative of the time taken to show him around. Being a pilot of much experience his involvement with NASA, the US aerobatic teams and military as well as Red Bull, he has seen and done plenty, and he was impressed with the things you guys do in the Aussie outback.
I think that speaks volumes for the RFDS ops, flight and medical.
