Starlink all in Kharkiv region.

First reaction, they’ve found a way to locate Starlink terminals.

Second reaction, based on the reduced number of tanks and number of abandoned IFV, They’re leaving their vehicles and retreating on foot - because drones have stopped fuel getting through?

Interesting that the Ukrainians lost an Abrams, I thought they’d been withdrawn from the front. Their loss of tanks and IFV may by indicative of an offensive pushing the Russians back, maybe linked to the Russians abandoning their IFVs above.

The Defiant was withdrawn from service after a severe mauling. Lets hope the Russians don't equip their drones with a charge as that open cockpit looks inviting.

Part [some] of the F-16 fighter jets handed over to Ukraine will be stationed at foreign airbases.

This was reported by the Ukrainian service of Radio Liberty with a reference to the head of the aviation command of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Serhiy Holubtsov.

According to Holubtsov, the deployment of F-16 fighter jets to air bases abroad is dictated by the issue of ensuring their safety.

F-16s and the airfields where they are based outside Ukraine will become a legitimate target for the Russian military if they take part in combat missions - head of the State Duma defense committee Andrei Kartapolov

This really needs a nuance. He said:

"There is a number that will go to Ukraine. There are a certain number of aircraft that will be stored at secure air bases, outside of Ukraine, so that they are not targeted here. And this will be our reserve in case of need for replacement of faulty planes during routine maintenance.

That is, so that we can constantly have a certain number of aircraft in the operational inventory, which will correspond to the number of pilots we will have. There will be more pilots - there will be more planes in Ukraine."

Perhaps more than 3….

BREAKING:

Ukrainian missiles struck 3 Russian air defense systems last night.

1 x S-400 air defence system in Dzhankoi and 2 x S-300s in Yevpatoriya and Chornomorske.

After the night attack on occupied Crimea, several fires can be observed on the FIRMS monitoring system. Looking at the exact locations, these are mostly open fields which could indicate positions of air defense complexes. Let's wait for satellite footage.

Reference the repeated ATACMS strikes on Russian AD systems in Crimea….

Russian air defense soldiers have been ordered to evacuate their families from Crimea to the Russian Southern Military District - Atesh military movement reports.

According to their information, air defense systems are also moved from Crimea to Belgorod region of Russia.

I think some clarification is called for. It may well be the reason Putin is making his land grab, in between all the other 'justifications' that have come out of the Kremlin. I would like to think coming to Ukraine's aid has been motivated in the West mainly by disgust at the crude violence being inflicted on them by a gangster state. If future friendly trade and cooperation is mutually beneficial, so be it.

I'm with Video Mixdown on this one. The west needs to support Ukraine because it is the moral and ethical right thing to do.
It could well be that Putins gamble was because he wants the minerals but, personally, l doubt it. I suspect it is all about his dream of reestablishing the USSR. Russia has a great deal of mineral wealth already and l believe that China will be having some of that as the price for their support so far.
Senator Graham should maybe have paused for thought before handing a propoganda gift to the cynics and further undermining western resolve.

There are lots of examples of the moral and ethical thing not being done. In this case though, I think that, fortunately, self-interest aligns with the moral and ethical course in an obvious enough way.
