If anybody still can't see it, here is a brief summation of the picture:-

There is a mixture of USAF personnel and 'local' dignitaries. I think the American in the foreground is mentioning, to the Arabian gentleman, that he is a fighter pilot and inquiring if he has any sisters/daughters/grandmas/camels ;) .
