Ukraine is not allowed to strike targets in RU with Western supplied weapons. How to effectively disrupt the Russian war effort without doing so? Ukraine is handicapped and disadvantaged at so many levels. The Europeans need to develop a long term plan how to effectively help Ukraine for many more years. Take leadership and don't always wait for the US to lead.
That new rail system they are building in the occupied territories, in a way it makes sense to allow them to build it, it is using up Russian manpower, equipment and resources, when it is near completion then drop the bridges and any key points, junctions, signal boxes etc along it, and keep at them. Deny their use of it.

Uk is apparently to provide Paveway 4 to Ukraine, I take it these are for the F16's or are any of the Ukrainian fighters compatible?
Surely you need to get close to use those, stand off they are not!

A russian push for high ground near the front.
Yellow line is less than 10 miles from Avdiivka, so that's the distance covered in two months.

The rescue ship hit in Sevastopol does not look that damaged, the Russians have also positioned a missile ship in the bay to protect the port.

The US secretly sent long-range ATACMS to Ukraine — and Kyiv used them
The Biden administration last month secretly shipped long-range missiles to Ukraine for the first time in the two-year war — and Kyiv has already used the weapon twice to strike deep behind Russian lines.
In March, the U.S. quietly approved the transfer of a number of Army Tactical Missile Systems with a range of nearly 200 miles, said a senior Biden administration official and two U.S. officials, allowing President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s forces to put at risk more Russian targets inside Ukrainian sovereign territory....
Ukrainian forces have used the long-range missiles twice, first against a Russian military base in Crimea and more recently against Russian forces east of Berdyansk near the Sea of Azov, the senior administration official said.....
The Biden administration warned Russia that attacking Ukraine’s energy grid and using North Korean-provided missiles would lead the U.S. to reconsider sending ATACMS to Ukraine.
Those strikes continued, leading top officials — national security adviser Jake Sullivan, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Joint Chiefs Chair Gen. C.Q. Brown — to unanimously recommend the weapons transfer......

BREAKING:
Russia Deputy Defense Minister Timu Ivanov has been arrested for bribery. He is responsible for construction matters in the Ministry of Defense.
Surprise? Not really, maybe some infighting at the top,
A couple of rumors about Ivanov's arrest.
1. Three other people were arrested together with him,
2. The arrest took place during a high level meeting.
3. Putin wants Shoigu out, so so he is clearing Shoigu's associates out of the MOD.
4. The media that broke the news belongs to Putin's banker, Kovalchuk.
