Aftermath of the Ukrainian strike at the Black Sea fleet command post near Sevastopol. Comparison of the @planet satellite imagery captured on Aug. 22 and Sep. 21. Russia claimed that all the rockets were intercepted, and the smoke seen on the video was caused by a burning grass.

Sevastopol: According to unofficial data from the Russians the missile attack on the Navy HQ hit right during a meeting of high-ranking officers. At least 10 people died during the attack.

Well, Ukraine has crossed its self-imposed line to striking Russian Military supporting civil electrical infrastructure.
#BREAKING Very powerful explosion reported at Sevastopol Thermal Power Plant.
So, I knew the generator transformers at the sanctions-busting Sebastopol natural gas combined cycle power plant were "buried" by concrete barriers which were "buried" in the center of the concrete structures of the plant itself, to understand it was a low probability of success high value target, but I never turned-on terrain to look at it in more detail.
The power plant is in the bottom of a mountainous valley, well beyond the navigational precision capabilities of Ukraine's long-range UAVs, making this a very, very low probability of success high value target…..
If true, the only weapon system Ukraine had available to do any damage on the thermal plant in a steep valley, were Neptunes, Storm Shadows or SCALP-EG.
Hopefully, they hit the protected transformers with this strike.
