a two fer please.

popping a tanker as it goes under the bridge would be dolphin safe. The bridge seems to have a severe reaction to being heated, would be a desirable use of a skimmer or a lob from yon hi ma!

That looks like a distinctly unstable weapon platform. If it was me, I think I might prefer a lifejacket to a flak jacket. I certainly would not like to attempt to fire that launcher at anything that was not pretty much dead ahead, Once it has given away its position by opening fire, a quick getaway would be something of an issue too, On reflection, do they make an inflatable flak jacket?

Ukraine issues a warning to navigation off Russia’s Black Sea coast, including all major ports — it’s a war risk area starting from Aug. 23.
Good luck getting an insurance certificate and enter a Russian port…

After Latvia, Lithuania…

Lithuania has declared more than a thousand citizens of Russia and Belarus living in the country to be threats to national security.

They will get deported back home…

👀👀👀

Russians are now actively discussing the following news:

Chairman of the Defense Committee of the State Duma (Russian parliament) Andrey Kartapolov:

"We came up with an initiative to supplement Article 328 of the Russian Criminal Code with part three, which will refer to the punishment for evading mobilization. We believe that this will be a fine of up to half a million rubles (about $5,000) or imprisonment for up to five years. The Government has supported our initiative and provided a positive review".

By the way, journalist Alexander Nevzorov, commented on this bill and assumed that amputation of healthy limbs will soon become the most popular medical service in Russia.

Well, I'm not surprised.

Precision so far, getting your surface drone to hit the engine room of a tanker without spilling any oil! Luck, or calculation?
Demands of the moral high ground?

Are you sure ? Your proposal leaves one unit of O unaccounted for., which I - and some others - believe goes to make H2SO4.

Once there was a chemist.
This chemist is no more.
What he thought was H2O,
Was H2SO4.

You beat me to it. It would definitely be hard to do an eskimo roll with that chunk of steel attached; this looks more like some of the technicals we've seen.

A third of all Russian Government spending is now on defence, that will be $100 billion minus probably about $35 billion in kick backs, fraud and just generally lining their own pockets
