I heard it was during a service delivery course, and the new twenty-something couldn't come to terms that the job involved checking the lavs periodically in lieu of being allocated time to create 'Insta' content in the galley in between the service.

I was told she had failed a test, had already had a few problems and whatever happened at costa pushed her over the limit and she lost it. I’ve seen video of aftermath and she did a good job, costa totally trashed and totally spread out around the floor. One of the cabin crew trainers tried to intervene but got hit or bit ( maybe both), they cordoned off the area, the heads honchos of service delivery arrived and tried to calm her down and last I heard she was in hospital.
Obviously there are some underlying issues, I hope she gets the help she needs.

PS Let’s hope costa are more careful at giving correct coffee orders!
