Ideally yes, the only problem as far as I see it is that if they were to make you redundant before you got your 1500 hours and converted it the. You wouldn’t be able to join any other airline. You’d have to go through the training all over again.

the email I had said we hear back by the end of March.

applications closed in January unfortunately but the program will likely be back next year.

Just got the good news, wasn’t expecting it until the later in march like last year so very pleasant surprise. My condolences to those who were not as fortunate.

I just got the boot but it was my first time applying and didn't quite know what to expect. In retrospect I should have done more prep. I thought focus would be more on aptitude and cognitive ability but all MPL cadet schemes seem quite heavily focused on interviews/motivation which is understandable. I guess once you're capable/good enough, that's what it boils down to.

Good luck to everyone who has made it through to the next stage. Still a long way to go looking at previous forums/their schedule but one to revel in that's for sure!

Have you managed to access the link for instructions in how to get there? The link asks me to download an app called "Monday" but can't see any information

Haven't managed to yet, takes me to a sign in page for Monday for which you sign in through SOVA i think, but I don't remember having a SOVA password, I just clicked the link on previous emails and it automatically signed me in.

For those getting a Monday sign in page when you click on the link, sign into your TUI dashboard where you did the tests, you can access the booking from there.

Are you referring to the link on the e mail to book a date for the assessment centre? I've managed to do that from the invite e mail, it's the second link which is further down the e mail which mentions how to get to the assessment centre that I can't access through the e mail. I have checked the TUI dashboard and there are no details I can see on there.

Just had an email from TUI to everyone going to the East Midlands in regards to clearing up what counts as proof of NI number and they acknowledged the link doesn't work so attached a document about getting there instead.
