Got also 2 mails. Both for p2f and for non rated co-pilot. No idea if it is the same.

pilot0 24th May 2016 17:32

Hi guys! It is not the same email but you only need to completed the assessment test online of one of this program, in spite of the fact that You applied to both programs.

This afternoon, I completed the test online for P2P.

Very lucky people!!

EGBD 24th May 2016 18:24

Lefthandcircuit 24th May 2016 19:02

Cappe08 24th May 2016 19:22

Hi everyone,
got the same mail today.
Thanks Finnpilot for your info, do they already told you if the test result?

I will train on latestpilotjobs... I bought the easyjet pack about three weeks before, the two online assessments look pretty similar to each other.. any news from people who already took the test?

Finnpilot 24th May 2016 20:34

Nope, no information yet. I did send them an e-mail almost directly after completing the tests and the answer I got was thatthe recruitment team is reviewing my tests and will contact me in due course.

Online assessment

Hi guys,

Any info about what type of questions are in the online assessment ?

Thanks

horn23 25th May 2016 11:04

I got also an email. What are these 5 tests? Personality, multitasking, verbal resoning and what are the other two?
Does anyone finished with them and can share some info?

dboy 25th May 2016 12:28

I did those in the past. I guess 2 years ago. I can confirm that these verbal tests were really hard. And you need to fit their culture.

Hi everyone again,
I just "completed" the online assessment.

First of all, I recommend you to be sure to have a good internet connection. I am having troubles with a test, after completing it the connection went off and now I cannot save the personality test.

Afterwards, the assessment is made of 5 tests:

1 - Personality test: 48 pages with three statements, you have 6 points to share among this three statements. No time limits

2 - Multi tasking test: same as EasyJet (as the platform is the same). you will have to move the runway in order to make the airplane land, check is the calculations are correct or incorrect and if there are multiple letters in the sequence. 5 minutes

3 - Verbal reasoning: 49 questions with "true" "false" or "cannot say" regarding a 6 sheets text. 12 minutes

4 - Norwegian Situational Judgement: 20 pages with real-life, operative situations with three options. 6 points to share as the personality test. no time limits

5 - English test: it is divided into three tests. the first one is about filling a blank spot in the statements they give you. In the second one you have to make an association between different words and concepts. in the last one you will have to spot the right spelling of the words given. 4 minutes each.

Now I am waiting for an answer from the company admin in order to solve the problem with my test. I have heard that Norwegian will not provide any immediate response, I know a guy who waited 2 weeks for a reply, then he was successful and he attended the selection.

Hope this will help you
Good luck to everyone!!!!!
cheers

Thanks a lot!
Best of luck!

Finnpilot 26th May 2016 02:49

Best of luck for everyone doing the online assessments, there are some tough bits!

Anyhow, is there someone in here that is currently employed as a contract F/O on Norwegian, or have done the whole assessment process, so that you could open our eyes a little bit by letting us know about current working conditions, salaries, amount of work monthly/yearly, will there be a "no-fly" season during the winter etc...?

I think I'm not the only one saying that I would REALLY appreciate some info on the current situation.

Cheers.

Lefthandcircuit 26th May 2016 05:03

Thank you very much! I hope it went well for you! Best of luck!

Cappe08 26th May 2016 09:32

For further info...
The assessment support team has been very kind and fast. I emailed them concerning the problem I got with my test and this morning they fixed the test.

Just in case you have internet troubles... no rush, they will work for us

SeventhHeaven 26th May 2016 17:38

Did anyone get an email confirmation after completing the online tests?

dboy 26th May 2016 17:48

Nop! Just wait and hope.

finswe 26th May 2016 18:52

Yep! Same here.

Cappe08 27th May 2016 10:55

@SeventhHeaven

I just checked a few seconds ago.
Since you can change your data and attachments on the application, I think the best thing you can do is fill your "virtual CV" through the Norwegian Recruitment Portal, upload any docs you already have and wait to send your application until you have your license . However, you can change your profile also after you have submitted your application.

cheers
