Anyone got any emails from CAE this weekend, or they are not working because of Easter? It's been 2 weeks since I applied, so I'm thinking I can expect a response in the next days.

Nope nothing, so I suppose they start working again tomorrow. I applied 3 weeks ago. I wonder who's going through the applications.. CAE or Mcginley?

Be patient guys. They called me after 4 long months...

A friend of mine applied the 9th and got the call last friday(30th). I have applied the 18th and i am still waiting

Could you please confirm that your friend applied on the given date or got the application completed mail on the 9th of march? I am just curious because I applied on the 7th, and got the application completed on the 20th of March and no calls yet.

Hi, I applied on the 4th of March, I received an email on the 9th saying that the application was incomplete due to flight school report.

Got another email on the 28th to tell that they will call me for an assessment.
They call me on the 3rd of April to verify licence dates and that I passed ATPL and skill tests first attempt.
Assessment date is on the 18th of April in Dublin.

I applied on the 6th March. On the same day i had an email from them saying they had received my application but at that stage i had not uploaded all the required documents. I finished uploading later that day but have heard nothing since.

The 'application complete' email that people are referring to - is that the same one in which they say they are going to call you..... ie thats the one i am waiting for?

I am damn certain that all the application is complete and i have uploaded all the correct documents so i am a bit perplexed why i havent received an application complete email!!

Any info or update about the assessment in Stansted for Experience B737=?

When I got the email saying that mine was not complete it was due to only uploading my ATPL results, did it through BGS, and not the flight school report, so I sent an email asking what exactly was the flight report. A guy reply within the hour.
After I uploaded the document I got an email saying the application was complete, different to the one stating that I'll get the call. It was shortly after uploading the document.
I'll say send them an email just to double check that all documents are correct.

Is it a good idea to contact them to ask an update on the application?

In the application, what did you put in the field TR number?

At first I did not know that the CPL and ME/IR results were necessary, I thought just my license was enough, so I added the CPL/ME/IR results after 13 days when I found out here.

Didn't get any emails about incomplete application in the meantime. And of course no "application complete" email yet.

I find it odd how some of you got the "application incomplete" email so fast, even on the same day as your application, and I did not get any warning about it before adding my CPL results, even though it's been almost 2 weeks between applying and adding the missing stuff.

Also I have one more question, what did you guys write under "Total Flying Hours" in the application? Did you count your simulator time, or only aircraft time? I am fresh out of flight school so I have only 142 aircraft hours, so I wrote that just in case. With sim time it would be 197 hours.

They call from Netherlands, 30th is not Bank Holiday in there, only Monday 2nd ;)
