Back again after getting the chop post interview last year... I might not record it on an iPad this time!
Noticed a few mentioning the test results looking like you may need above average - I've managed to get above average on all 3 reasoning tests, and the digital interview option appeared on the dashboard straight away for me to access (haven't done it yet), so it would seem likely that that's the case...
Good luck to all applying!

Ah interesting! Good to know it's not all 3 needed then! Strange some are getting the same result as you but a rejection - obviously not as simple as just the below/average/above rating then..

Does anyone know if the tests are timed? Thanks.
And I guess I have until the 31st to apply right? There is no way they will close sooner?

Sorry, I didn't make that very clear. By "easy at the time" I meant I found both the logical and verbal easier than the numerical. Yet my scores refelcted the obvious, I think the verbal reasoning test was a bit arbitrary as the answers were not always difinitive. Anyways, best of luck to all who got through!

The best of luck to all who applied. They definitely seem to have set stricter criteria this year. Based on the delays in results last year, they have probably done this to eliminate more candidates at an earlier stage meaning they have less applications to process.
