Noticed a few mentioning the test results looking like you may need above average - I've managed to get above average on all 3 reasoning tests, and the digital interview option appeared on the dashboard straight away for me to access (haven't done it yet), so it would seem likely that that's the case...

Mine appeared straight away too - but I got two above average and one average so you don't necessarily need all three being above average to continue.
