Anyone received a rejection email yet? I haven’t received anything 😭.

It seems like they’re sending the emails in stages; the first being congrats, second being waiting list and third will probably be complete rejection 😭

The link to book the assessment centre takes you to the page where you did the online tests and video interview, there’s a new box that allows you to book.

Since you’re on a waiting list there might be nothing there for you but it’s worth checking that page to see if you can book.

Still yet to here either way, who else is in my boat? Feeling less and less confident by the minute now.

Yep I’m the same over here, trying not to get my hopes up too much still

You’ll hear back soon with the dates available to book. One of my mates confirmed that they had that last year too, he got the congratulations email on the 24th of March and then got the email to book a day on the 4th of May. Hold tight, it will be few more weeks of painful waiting.

I’m in the same boat as you Toby, and it feels like it’s sinking…

I would think it means that if those that got a link to book, don't, then they will lose their place and you'll get a link

If everyone who gets a link books, then you won't get to book

Hope that makes sense - just my opinion for what it's worth

This Is how the email was worded

”Hi there,

Thank you for completing your recent online assessments and digital interview. We are delighted to advise you that you have passed this stage of the process and that you have now been placed on our waiting list for an assessment centre. This is scheduled for week commencing 15th April 2024 at our East Midlands Training Centre.

We take a staggered approach to issuing assessment centre invites which may mean that you may remain on our waiting list for several weeks”

I keep refreshing but trying not to hold out hope too much, even if it’s a no then I just want to know

Remain on a list for several weeks even though there are only 3 weeks to the start of the assessments centre week!

It's their way of say if there any drop outs, then you're in -

It is very odd how this is working, perhaps they’re sending out acceptance emails etc in order of application submission?

personal opinion of course, but it has been known for other things to work that way.

Fingers remaining crossed 🤞

I’m pretty much resigned to the fact that I may have gotten through. Gutted.

To rub salt in the wound I’m flying in a few days

Still not heard anything. Although the sentence re. 'staggered approach to issuing AC invites' is giving me a modicum of hope. We will find out soon enough!
