What do we think is the reason for the delay once again? Could it be a worrying sign that the programme will not go ahead this year / postponed or soemthing? Just thinking it would be nearly 2 months since we all done the sim stage... (maybe this is just me overthinking lol)
It could be:
1) they’re trying to finalise number of places (ie they might want to take more or less candidates)
2) waiting for Lawyers to look over newly proposed contracts
3) waiting for TUI bosses to sign off on changes to the contracts and numbers
4) waiting for everyone to be available to have discussions surrounding contract changes
plus I feel like it’s that time of year where people take annual leave and therefore things tend to take a bit longer than normal!
would love to here other peoples theories!

The only thing I think is it would be a lot fairer to say who’s failed and who’s passed, but then say hang on for full details. At least that way people have an idea.
I reckon you’re right in respect to numbers, maybe this isn’t finalised yet? As before it was 30, then 36, maybe they can’t give an answer yet as this bit hasn’t been fully sorted?

Anyone else noticed the MPL recruitment page has changed? Shows the 2025 scheme now, but quite a different training pipeline with different hours etc. hopefully that’s the delay reason, changing it for this intake

I would’ve expected verbal offers to handed out with contracts to follow once finalised but if the numbers haven’t been confirmed then that’s fair enough. Let’s say they have 40people they want to take and giving them verbal offers, only to be told they’re only allowed 30. That would be pretty harsh on those unfortunate 10.
We can only hope and speculate (still)

I think this is most logical reason. Maybe awaiting sign off on numbers they can take, hopefully more given the training times appear somewhat sorter than what was first advertised when it opened this year.

Do you think we might hear something at the end of the week? I reckon it'll be next week personally

It would be sweet if they’re taking even more! BA increase from 60 to 100 and the reduction in training hours could open up a lot more spaces, I think it was circa 275 before and now sits at around 200, so that multiplied by 30/36/40 people makes a huge difference to pipelines
At least it’s a week or so latest now, not long!

My moneys on Friday if I’m honest, given the update email seemed they still had a bit to do.
Anything before can be a surprise!
I’ve set up email notifications too so there’s no constant refreshing either… I’d be down to the bone by Friday if I didn’t ahah
