anyone has some info what the selection might be? Can you join as senior first officer?

I got the email about the 8 hours of practice for Mollymawk. But what else is there to expect? Selection takes roughly 3-4 hours as I understood.

my background for those wanting to know:
roughly 3500 hours B737 series and roughly another 3000 hours on B747 both the ‘400 and -8.

Anybody could explain how is the work-life balance? Does it worth it to work in this company in this terms? Is commuting a real possibility? Or u better move to Luxembourg forever?
