B2P,
Don't worry, not taken to heart. I do want to know why she is so aggressive and my original question did ask exactly that. My question is actually based on numerous postings placed by our dear friend.
Regards
ViP
PS please note I've now sussed the correct way of spelling aggressive!

I was seriously pi55ed off at the time, but am big enough to get over it, and did after a day or so. The Queen and her senior head sheads did more to make my life a misery the following week, so all in all this is not exactly a major drama. I simply wanted to know from f/a's themselves what they thought, was this in your opinions out of order, or otherwise. I appreciate the difficulty of the job at hand and do not underestimate the requirement or responsibility of having f/a's for op safety. It seems though, even after I calrified why I asked the question, that some of you on this forum have interpreted the point in an entirely wrong way. I will also say that generally the experience with this airline was not a great one compared to others, and to be fair to my wife, she has a small client base who rely on her impressions when deciding who to fly with. If she wasn't impressed with the airline her clients wouldn't be either, so she won't be recommending them for a whole list of reasons.

KBF1, I can't believe you were 'seriously hacked off'??!! I take it as a 'present from heaven' if I manage to get up front for landings (haven't tried for take off yet).
My most recent 'failure' was on a 737 (don't often get on them, more often 146's) and all was going swimmingly until we tried to pull out the jumpseat. Nothing I could do would get it to unlock, nor could the FO get it to come out. They were most apologetic, but I fully understood and went back to my seat.
I certainly didn't get all upset about it (and yes, I have been forgotten by FA's after getting the 'yes' from the Captain), nor did I consider writing to complain as some others have suggested. Geez
On my next flight (albeit a 146), we couldn't get the seatbelts to retract properly and they got one of the FA's to virtually dismantle the seat for me to get it working They wouldn't take "don't worry" for an answer!
It's not the end of the world, is it?
Cheers,
