I was seriously pi55ed off at the time, but am big enough to get over it, and did after a day or so. The Queen and her senior head sheads did more to make my life a misery the following week, so all in all this is not exactly a major drama. I simply wanted to know from f/a's themselves what they thought, was this in your opinions out of order, or otherwise. I appreciate the difficulty of the job at hand and do not underestimate the requirement or responsibility of having f/a's for op safety. It seems though, even after I calrified why I asked the question, that some of you on this forum have interpreted the point in an entirely wrong way. I will also say that generally the experience with this airline was not a great one compared to others, and to be fair to my wife, she has a small client base who rely on her impressions when deciding who to fly with. If she wasn't impressed with the airline her clients wouldn't be either, so she won't be recommending them for a whole list of reasons.
