Hey Rubyslippers.

I have been reading your posts online and was wondering if you have heard anything as yet.
I went to the 1st session in the afternoon then got called back to the second interview.
On the Friday i was sent all the paper work, for medical security check etc... which i have completed and sent back.
Now i am sitting waiting to hear back from them
Just wondering if you had any news as yet either, would be interesting to find out
Thanks How Long will it take

No

I applied for Chch. We had two assessment times, morning and afternoon, and about 36 show up to second interview. After this they cut some people, not sure how many. They are looking for 20, so im guessing a few will get the same email you did. But your second interview was with 80 people right? That is a lot...

3rd week of ground school training, gone soo quick, just want to clarify.... training is 5 weeks, 4 at air nz airline training, 1 week in mel.
graduating on the 3rd, so thea is 25 days in between graduating and becoming on line, so within thoes 3 and a bit weeks we are doing our "line checks" (which is prety much on the job but u are being supervised until u are competent) in chc as akl has no jq aircraft as yet.

trainings prety intense so all i can say 4 the new trainees is get the drills "drilled" in2 ur head thea NEED TO KNOW info, make sua ur familiar with emergancy equipt and commands!!! dont be afraid to speak up if ur unsure of anything.
