They know that social security needs to be paid in the country where a crew member regularly starts and finishes their duty. If the temporary and permanent gateways are in the same country then this should not be a problem, If they are not then this could become very problematic at some point. The term gateway is not legally defined but the term homebase is:

“home base” means the location, assigned by the operator to the crew member, from where the crew member normally starts and ends a duty period or a series of duty periods and where, under normal circumstances, the operator is not responsible for the accommodation of the crew member concerned;

The question was is this possible and does the company allow it.
And the answer to both is yes.
I and many with me have been doing it non-stop or at least prolonged periods with full knowledge/approval of the company.
Wether or not it is actually legal in the long run (see Scandis using CPH but living in ARN), is another matter.
But even there, the company still allows these crew members their ARN base/gateway now.
Because they know if they touch it, **** will hit the proverbial fan.

No idea re numbers of courses to be run yet. Course numbers are usually around 20. But this can vary of course.

We have a new joiners course starting in January from my understanding, so the next one would be some months after that, if you weren't offered a Jan spot.

Before that, there is plenty of sucessful candidates in the holding pool, who haven’t been assigned their joining/INDOC date yet.

So for anyone who passed his/her interview in past month(s) I would expect to get their joining dates during second half of 2025.
Anything sooner is simply a nice bonus.

Most likely the one without APU and CC unless you are very lucky.

The last 10 pilots who joined in September either went to the Latitude or the Falcon, which has both an APU and CC.

The most recent 100 pilots, only 33 went to the Phenom. All the rest went to XLS/Latitude/Falcon/350/650.

No CC (CabinCrew) on the Latitude.
