I’d suggest it’s no less informative than the nonsense you’ve posted yourself. Suggesting the majority of the applications are from people without licences? Really?
I fail to see what you and a couple of others are offering to this thread. Your only experience of VistaJet appears to be failing the selection process, the others appear to have none at all other than having once spoken to some crew.
The downsides have been well noted on here. It’s really not complicated, if you can’t make those downsides work then don’t apply.
Anyone who goes in happy with those downsides should be very pleasantly surprised when they actually get online. Contrary to what some may think, most of us actually thoroughly enjoy our job and, as far as I can tell, morale is generally high! Get a good crew, a moderate workload and some nice destinations and it’s like going on vacation with your buddies. Personally I love it.

I suppose you should be given some slack for being a newbie in here, which shines through. You obviously have no clue what sort of applications HR receives when posting open positions. You may want to read posts a bit more thoroughly and try and understand them prior to quoting them - just a good habit in general. On a good note, great to hear that you're having a good time with VJ and enjoy the CoS, which I have to assume is as an F/O.
For anyone applying to VJ, good luck! It’s by no means perfect but it’s a good company to work for and an enjoyable job. I’ll leave it at that.

Do you happen to know how they received their bad news? Was it via the dashboard or did they receive an e-mail? My dashboard for the XL position just says "under review" and for the Global / Challenger "Received Submission".

I suppose that's what 25 years of flying does to you. You see a lot, hear a lot, learn a lot, forget a lot, and then you end up weird.

Application update
Just received an email in response to my application. Unfortunately, Vistajet will not be proceeding further with my application. Hopefully one day I get the opportunity to work for Vistajet.
Best wishes for everyone who have applied.

Again... sorry to the guys who have received a no. Over this year I have received countless "no's" subsequent to my applications - its extremely disheartening and I keep telling myself that there is something bigger and better around the corner even though the market is in such disarray.
Can I check, has anyone had any positive news from VJ following their recent application? My Dashboard still states "under review" on the XL and "Received Submission" for the Global and Challenger position. If so, what is the next stage and what do the stages consist of? I'm more than likely getting ahead of myself and I'll probably get a PFO email soon but hoping that this isn't the case!!
Feel free to message or DM.

In some cases there have been 2-3 weeks in between "Under review" to the rejection email.
Rumour is that they have received 3000 applications, don't know if they are unique, or like in your case since you applied for both positions.
Also a few rated people have applied.
Previously they have done sim assessment in Berlin on the CRJ200 (which is the base model for the Challenger 850). Basic handling skills are evaluated. No FD on,
and btw CRJ does not have any auto throttle

Good luck.

But do people still really apply without meeting said requirements which were listed? I guess a few maybe did.
Btw, is English level 6 really that rare to have?

there are countries that do not have a lot or any examiners that are allowed to test people for LVL 6. Some countries even refuse giving out LVL 6 certificates to non-native speakers. It's a business, those recurring tests for LVL 4 and 5. Same as with airport security, big business.

Perhaps I am mistaken, but Germany is such a country which does not issue Level 6 to non-native speakers, correct?
