The price of the Card starts at €130,000, and Jet Republic will pay a one-off commission of €5,000 to travel agents for each card they sell.

I believe that CTC have offered interview/sim selection processes for a number of airlines in the past, so this appears a normal activity for them. With final 4th stage selection at interview in Lisbon.
