I have an interview feedback from someone I met :
He was called by JR for an interview. There, he has been told that they interviewed for captain positions only, although he applied for a F/O position and submitted a CV showing CPL license, not ATPL.
It could be that interviews at JR are just about communication, to show that they are still alive...

For me the same, over 3000 hours on the 60.
A friend of a friend (Hee, it is a gossip website) who was in the selection, told me that during the selection it was stated that only airline guys and ex military pilots would qualify, like it states on PPJN.
The tone of how this was said was not so friendly.
Out of the 13 attendees, 3 got in...

Does anybody knows who is the arse....brain who makes the selection? If that is true (ex-military and airline) better they close the business and go somewhere else, this is not US or Mexico and they will run out of pilots when the get to 10 hired, sorry to say but they are not the ones who will fit in this business, NJE experienced that a time ago and only a little very capable and open mind airline guys were able to fit in it, the rest left in a glimpse.
