The graffiti seems to be at least partly in the Roman alphabet (hard to tell) and Western numbers (definitely). But the landscape looks like somewhere in India, Pakistan or that neck of the woods.

Well, if it's a recent occupation or combat zone I'll go for Afghanistan.
