There is a casevac presence. No idea about maintenance.

The watercourse in the background has a dyke. But I do not think it is the Netherlands (due to difference in water level) correct?
But the remainder looks European. |
It had me fooled at first but that dyke is actually a bridge. The dark line to the left is the shadow of the bridge not the base of the dyke.
