Lightning Mate 1st Nov 2011 11:53

Sure is mate.

skytrain10 1st Nov 2011 12:00

TGR Helicorp Alpine Wasp?

Noyade 1st Nov 2011 12:02

That was quick Ken...

Lightning Mate 1st Nov 2011 12:02

There you go.

I don't do difficult.

All yours. :ok:

skytrain10 1st Nov 2011 12:05

That was quick Ken...
I had seen something called the Snark...looked that up and found this...UAV for mountain rescue!

Thanks David.

How many built Ken?

skytrain10 1st Nov 2011 12:19

How many built Ken?
Just the one Graeme, but it did enter service.

Noyade 1st Nov 2011 12:23

but it did enter service.
Lufthansa? :)

skytrain10 1st Nov 2011 12:28

Not with Lufthansa....right part of the world though.

Ridge Runner 1st Nov 2011 12:29

Junkers J15?

edit: i'll retract that! :(

Noyade 1st Nov 2011 12:29

Thanks Ken. It was worth a try. Night. :)

Lightning Mate 1st Nov 2011 12:38

Cantilever wing?

skytrain10 1st Nov 2011 12:42

Cantilever wing?
Yep.

And not Junkers Martin...not German either. When I said the "right part of the world" I was meaning the general area, not the specific country.

Lightning Mate 1st Nov 2011 14:14

Was it Austro-Hungarian?

skytrain10 1st Nov 2011 14:34

Was it Austro-Hungarian?
Nope. Germany was closer.

Lightning Mate 1st Nov 2011 14:43

Goose chase.....

Holland or France then.

skytrain10 1st Nov 2011 15:14

Neither of those, but they are both as close as Germany:ok:

Incidentally, Graeme was on the right track in that it flew for a national airline.

Lightning Mate 1st Nov 2011 15:18

I'll go West then, towards Poland and what was Czechoslovakia.

Found something indistinct. Did the main gear struts attach vertically to the wing roots?

skytrain10 1st Nov 2011 15:23

I'll go West then, towards Poland and what was Czechoslovakia.
Thats east by my reckoning. On the basis Germany, France and Holland are equally close, that only leaves one country!!!
