BAMRA wake up 23rd Mar 2008 22:11

Durban? A long time ago...

evansb 23rd Mar 2008 22:53

BAMRA is correct.:ok::D It is SAAF Isipingo, South Africa. Now the site of Durban's airport. You have control.

BAMRA wake up 24th Mar 2008 10:52

Thanks evansb, I'll have to hand back control - connection problems.

So - open house.

Shall be in Durban next month and I'll view the approach from a historical perspective now!

Flap40 has. Lockheed Burbank plant covered in camouflage netting when there was a fear of Japanese invasion.

The picture is not too hard to find, as it had gone a bit quiet just thought I would post something a little bit different.

Over to you '40.

Flap40 24th Mar 2008 17:48
