Personally I've found this a great challenge - and made even better (or worse?) by the fact I seem to have the Golden Ticket but can't recognise it.............. I shall put my revolver and a glass of whisky to hand for action when someone nails this.

Yeehaaar!

Not a bad looking toy despite the ghastly associations of its name!

Sorry Asturias, I was so sure you were onto that!

Mostly homebuilt, some fctory built, there was even a turbine version apparently. They flew well by all accounts.
The confusion sown on the instrument panel is that to reduce cost they used separate engine and rotror RPM gauges (the two big identical ones) instead of a more conventional but costly dual-tacho.

I think SLB is in charge of the next devious plot to bamboozle us...

Thanks Mel,

I didn’t make the vauxhall /hillman link but still an entertaining challenge.

Now this particular aircraft.
Only highly clipped YouTube screenshot available.

Noyade was quick at the finish with the Focke Wulf F19 Ente.
That must have been a terrible cockpit.
Modeled like one big air scoop.
Turbulence must have been enormous.

I initially thought that was Neil Williams in the cockpit!

Slb, that was my thought. Sitting in an open cockpit, perfectly inline with the canard’s downwash!

Why didn’t they make the cockpit enclosed?

Incidentally, “ente” is the German word for “duck”, which of course is “canard” in French.

Thanks SLB.

Try this one. I didn't see it pop up in "Search this Thread."

Nice, When somebody is going to make a call, I take it that you approve of any of the 18 listed sub type letter/digit combinations?

Surgery tomorrow - again. Non-weight bearing for two weeks.
So I'll drop the answer later tonight - if no answer.

Best wishes for that, Noyade - but I trust you will still be able to lift a tinnie?
