What Cockpit?
American? Home built?
has that Sears Roebuck look for sure..................
Bottom instrument, second column from the right. Is that a tachometer for a turbine engine?
Honestly I haven't!!!! We just have a lot of Sears Roebuck furniture at Casa Asturias. Like Frasier's Dad's chair....... damn good value, but lasts forever....
Oh dear! I'm a bit stung no-one's got this yet!
look -
It's American.
Sears Robuck, that made me laugh -cetainly nailed the era! (That ghastly panel reminds me of the AMC Pacer!)
It's probably a homebuilt (not all were)
It certainly isn't a Vauxhall
Helo?...I'm not commenting on that.
Turbine? No. Just a 150Hp Lycoming.
No one here following my clumsy cryptic clues?
I still find it hard to believe that Asturias hasn't got it.

Honestly I'm really puzzled ............................... I suspect from your comments that "Vauxhall" is more important than "Sears" here but I am as baffled as everyone else - it's a great challenge!
I did think "Ercoupe" but they filled in the whole area ahead of the pilot(s) IIRC

There's a clue hidden in plain sight in my last post.
Asturias - both correct, though Sears too was describing a well-past it style. (Sorry, did you like your Vauxhall?)
SLB, on the right sort of track - getting warmer.
There aren't many in this class of aircraft - once you ascertian the nature of the beast you'll soon be on it and there are more than enough clues here to do that. (And not all written by me...)
Further pic tomorrow if brains don't engage tonight!

Lets think................
vauxhall - might be the same name as an old Vauxhall car - Robinson Astra? don't think so
Or perhaps of the correct vintage the Burton Cavalier?

Asturias, your musings re 'Vauxhall' are now even closer to a solution than you imagine. Develop that idea. Oh man, you're gonna kick yourself!
SLB, no. Barking up the wrong tree again. The right tree is close by!
Guys, read my posts again - carefully. There isn't a single line there (I think) that isn't relevant...
Hey - I hope this teasing isn't against the spirit of this thread, I feel that we've just about played this game out as there are few cockpits left to guess and maybe a bit of stringing along rejuvenates the interest.
Tell me if I'm wrong- please!

Ah! Now you're making progress. The Eich is still up the wrong tree, your next attempt isn't...
ps. Never heard of Eich before - what an astonishing range of gyros he came up with!
