Did I miss it looking through Miles or Boulton Paul aircraft?

No picture but one of the Miles M-18's was tricycle gear for a while...??

Note the big fat knuckle above (no, not you Karl!). Still sore, but it's come a long way since September...

Yikes!

I do have a couple knucklehead kids... they are nuts that didn't fall far from the tree!

If we're both agreed on the Roland, would you like to post something? I'm sure Brian wouldn't mind.

Here's something to look at until we hear back from evansb. I took the picture myself at a local airshow this Summer:

Not a Challenge. Repeat, not a challenge.

I took the picture myself at a local airshow this Summer:
Nice. B-17 going by the turret?

Got one for ya - or anyone who's interested. I'm not sure what aircraft this is, although I do know it's a Mark 8 nuke. However, it does provide proof that Zombies exist! - look at the extreme left...

...ahhhhoooooahhhhh....

There are not many aircraft with close-coupled twin weapons pylons on the inboard fuselage.

For what it's worth I think it's a Banshee.

I think Banshee, too... with unidentified bigfoot-like creature lurking in the background.
Yes, belly shot of a B-17 further above.

Still Open House

Yes, I believe you're both right. Me being a dummkopf, thought I was looking at the fuselage. No mate, that's a zombie...

Alright, try this, following on from Brian's WWI theme...

You're just about there mate. A little higher with the designation, and you have it.
