Evening Graeme,

Hopping along....
Well, it looks a bit Blackburnish but their Kangaroo it isn't!!

The Ripon looks close but the elevators are wrong!

It's got Roundels though, 'tiz British innit, or is it French??

Good morning Trevor.

Logic above is all good. Blackburn it is, but not the Ripon....

Another clue to narrow it down a bit; it was powered by a Walter-Major engine

Good morning LM

Sabca S.20 Libelulle
That's the one mate

Sabca's chief-engineer Robert Servais designed the eye pleasing Sabca S.20 "Libelulle" which was powered by a Walter-Major engine of 120 hp. The machine was registered OO-APU on 26 August 1935 and is seen here at Haren airfield in the late thirties. Unfortunately this lovely aircraft disappeared during the second World War.

Morning Mel

Funny, just had the same idea, been too busy at work to search much, pretty narrow wing here, inter war years aerobatic ? Eastern European?

Edit: maybe I needn't check too many countries!
