Yes, all is fine. Working from a hotel room near Gatwick tonight, so using the time to find some new challenges

The Durand MkV - no nothing that tricky on this one, although if you recall my Griffon Lionheart challenge I did indeed have a "hidden" lower wing!

This aircrafts "hidden" extra is largely in full view

All very quiet.....a clue...the aircraft's unusual design enables it to fulfil a dual role.

Morning Graeme. Yes, it's a little quiet here...still it's given me the opportunity to get a few things done.
Not sure what you mean by the quote above.
This might help:

The front of the aircraft has gone!

European, 1970's

So the front wheels on the car part -extend?

Amazing.

Go-Go Gadget!

Edit. Don't answer that, I didn't look properly.

That's the one Graeme....the Lebouder Autoplane. Such a normal looking aircraft as well.

You can just see the panel where the car's front wheel arch is!

So the front wheels on the car part -extend?
No, I think in the transformation they are removed from the car and then relocated on to the undercarriage struts.

Go-Go Gadget!
Definitely...an early transformer!

Noyade has control

Thanks for the clues mate. Open house.

Actually - it looks a little complicated, not exactly land and drive off? You must have to lower/remove the fuselage landing gear to get the car out?

You're welcome....would have been a good one for a James Bond film....you can imagine it landing, and detaching the tail on the runway and driving off to catch a villain (ignore the bit where it takes an hour to convert from plane to car, and that the car itself has a top speed of 50kph or something like that)

As there seems to be only you and I on SC today, a clue:

This is a replica of a machine (a one-off) built earlier. However, it has the engine of the original.
