Watkinson Dingbat?
It is indeed Graeme - the one off Dingbat from 1938, last flown in 1975 when it sadly crashed. Now under restoration in Southampton.

Here it is at the PFA Rally in Sywell in 1974, not my photo, but its the one and only time I saw it:
