At the risk of giving the answer away, I was thinking that French 1920s (?) Torpedo bomber. However, the name escapes me..

I was thinking of the Levasseur PL.10 - but it's not that. However it could be the PL.7?

Ill have a stab. Eastern European? Maybe American as it is very Lancair-ish. Slovaks are making the Pepistrel Panthera. Its similar.
