Got a clue for ya mate...

Source says this was the first British aircraft with three engines (geared to one 9'10" pusher prop).

Built and flown but not Iranian.

surely those ventral fins fold on the ground?
No, they are reported as fixed. Certainly in both ground and air photo's the fins are in that position.
