[/IMG]I have tried everything possible to download images on this forum thru photobucket but there must be an incompatibility between my PC and photobucket therefore open house

Your posting at 1333 hours - single engine, single seat biplane 3 view - is displaying fine but the one at 1343 hrs is not. Does this help ????

Your first image is only 28 x 30 pixels.
Can anyone help me. I use Photobucket and import images at the Pprune maximum of 800 x 600. Despite checking size in Photobucket is max. resolution, the pic still looks small on this site. Any ideas out there please?

yes, it helps it's good to know that image is going through anyway. But I wonder why the heck URL shows on the message box and doesn't on the post?
I use imageshack on other forums and the procedure is just about the same but with imageshack whenever there is confirmation of attachment on message box you can be deadsure that image is showing up accordingly.
I'm totally flummoxed, PC mysteries!

However you are in a much better position that me at least your images are showing, mine are not at my end and I never know whether posted image has gone through or not.
I think a moderator should take up this matter and set up a [B]step by step standard procedure for all to follow!

Posting of Challenges.
PPRuner's please let there be only one challenge running at once. The current challenge is that presented by carson1934 at Post #1945. To which S'land has submitted a response, which I agree with vonbag is the right answer, and we await carson1934's confirmation. If it is the Arado AR-65 then it S'land's honour to post the next challenge or call open house. If people jump in with new challeges out of turn the thread will become unmanagable.

Single engine, pushing propeller (or "pusher") biplane flying boat, I looked through al my tables I have here (I will soon improve it when I return to Italy, in some days, where I have my library, will take back up some more material) but couldn't find it. Sorry.
Could it be a late 1930s Saunders Roe production?

The Laura proved superior and ordered under the designation 'Navy Type 98 Night Reconnaissance Seaplane' (I think 'Laura' is less of a mouthful). The boat was powered by a Hiro Type 91 model 22 engine and had a crew of three. Only 17 were built. They were intended to be launched from cruisers and battleships to spot the shellfire from enemy ships at night. Strangely enough there was not a lot of demand for this application and the Lauras were diverted to communications and transport duties.
