I think that Richard is nearly there, but the wing is too low for a 21 and the tail shape is wrong, also this is a single seater.

I think it's the Junkers J-22 variant (proposed as T-22 for Russia), of which only two were built and no production orders obtained.

If correct, please declare Open House

Sorry ,not a F 13 or JL6: but it's a well known type ; just photoshop out the two prop or look at the UC,and the answer will be more simple .

I have been looing more at the wing aspect ratio, which is very similar to the W33.
