I was going to say the HD-40 ? (coz I thought that the 45 had a conventional tailplane)

RR has it, it is indeed the HD.45, as illustrated in the 1955-56 Jane's when it was expected to fly at the turn of the year according to the text.

FOD, considered, at all?
