Hi Richard. I am presuming this is a Project....I cannot see anything amongst the more well known manufacturers that matches?

The wings look like they came off a Hanriot, so I'm wondering if this is a late Hanriot project or a SNCAC project...maybe the NC-550?

Sorry ,it's a project indeed ,not romano ,not NC or Hanriot .
Became S.O after the nationalisation .
For me ,there is something from the " family " in the fin-rudder design .
And his "half" had his Nr doubled

Good luck
Richard

Would this be a SNCAO-800 or maybe CAO-400. I am guessing!

Hello Skytrain :

You are not so far with CAO : Our XXXX gave SNCAO which in 1941 gave S.O of Caravelle ,Vautour,Trident fame .
My half Nr was a big floatplane ,my double a dive bomber
Now it should be easier ,don't it ?

YES SKYTAIN ,it's the LOIRE-NIEUPORT LN 20 project .Congratulation .

Seems to have been a Potez 63 competitor.(but with dive bombing ability?? ,see what could be diving brakes near the engines)
I have found this 3-views in the german "Jane's" ,"Handbuch der Luftfahrt ",of 1939. I never heard anything about it before ...

Skytain ,you have the control .

Thanks Richard, but I wouldn't have got there without your help!

I see it was also competing against the Hanriot 220 and the Breguet Br690. A very interesting, but frustrating challenge....but thats what this forum is all about.

My offering to follow shortly

Ken

That was a toughie, Bradenav!!! Well done, Skytrain.

I could see something Loire Nieuport about the rudders, but I couldn't find any reference to them designing a twin landplane.

Hello Mechta
I see something a little like in design of fin and rudder of LN 20 and LN 40/41 ,but that can be discussed
