Ju-160 perchance?

Sorry about the other day. Had a rough couple of days, couldn't manage to concentrate more than about half an hour, bit better now, back to work tomorrow!!

Speaking of bootfuls of rudder, Why would he have almost full rudder on AFTER lifting off?

Why would he have almost full rudder on AFTER lifting off?
Probably to counter engine torque at low dynamic pressure.

Yes. Fighter prototype of Germania-Flugzeugwerke GmbH in Leipzig, designed by J. Egwin Leiber. First flight Aug. 16, 1916. Did not enter production.

Thanks Happy Pass...a very unique aircraft. I saw it fly at Farnborough back in the 70's if I recall.
