So, there is the QH-50DM (used in Vietnam) and the QH-50E (YQH-50E), but still cannot find the right picture.

But yours is a -50D without question (if the big net hasn't cocked up):

It is the Gyrodyne Nite Panther, a development of the 50.

Three were built and all were lost within days of arriving off Vietnam.
