Somehow sounds like Bartini-Beriev postwar projects, but cannot find a good picture. T-117 Kit (Whale) of 1947 could be one, and we consider the monstrous VVA-14 as a follow-up.

Pretty far a cry, but that's what explain your reaction to flying boat
because I thought it was obvious! ... but it fooled me!!!! RR

Hi Reg,

i would forget the reference to flying boat completely. It is none of the above. Look for a more well known manufacturer, not normally associated with transoprts.. RR

Is it a Sukhoi design?
The predecessor to the assault transport project of challenge # 4195.
I can't find a designation or name for it though.

Thanks, RR.

But I'll have to make it Open House as I'll be leaving for the evening in a few minutes.

What a complete failure to use wits and tools, both freely available

How many times I went by Sukhoi and a source of a multitude of pictures, including the one from where yours was taken. And the ends just stayed lose.

That's the one mate, the Bell-X5 The first practical true swing-wing aircraft!

I was going to say that for someone who claimed to know "Jack ****" about cockpits, you did pretty well on the Patsy, but not so good when you posted this one's cockpit (but I haven't found one yet either)!!

Noyade has control

I'm awake because my stupid drunken sons just arrived home
Well. half hour elapsed, probably asleep by now, so it would be the ideal time to tiptoe into his room with a fooball rattle and bloody well get your own back mate

G'day Martin!

Tis mate. From a rather cartoonish drawing. All yours!

Did you see my edit to #25337?
