Other than the tail it reminds me of an Andreason BA-4B? A variation on the theme maybe?

Hi RD. LM's light is on but looks like he's staying quiet! I'm guessing its American....and I don't have a good enough internet connection here to go through Aerofiles! Just looking through some of my own photo's to see if I can find anything. I'm assuming its a biplane!
